Lockdown

31 March 2020   Simon Fitzgibbon

At the start of the month, news from overseas regarding the novel coronavirus started looking very worrying. Two weeks later we returned from a mid-term break with extra precautionary measures in the teaching space and norms that everyone attending the the course needed to follow. These measures lasted only a week as by March 20 we’d decided that it would be best to shut up shop for the foreseeable future.

It’s turns out we weren’t misguided. A week has passed and now activities like ours, that is, those that involve physical contact with clients, are no longer allowed.

We will be following government advice and rules regarding any future reopening. This is not a time to be reckless. We hope you all stay well and look forward to working with our trainees and visitors in the near future.

Take care
